Flexible. Smaller bespoke runs from around 20 pallets are possible. Best per-unit pricing kicks in at 50, 100 and 500. Ongoing standing orders get the best rates.
One to two working days for most standard bespoke specs. More complex builds with heat treatment, unusual dimensions or certification requirements take a little longer. We confirm lead time at quote stage.
Yes. For larger contract orders we build a sample pallet to your spec for inspection before full production starts. Regular customers often visit our Widnes yard to inspect samples in person.
No. Heat treatment is an added option specified at quote. For export outside the EU specify ISPM15 so we build using heat-treated timber and stamp accordingly.
Bespoke typically carries a small premium over standard UK and Euro sizes, depending on complexity and volume. For precision-critical use cases (automotive, retail display, oversized machinery) the tighter fit saves cost downstream in handling, waste and rework.
