Contract customers have first call on allocated stock. If supply tightens we'll flag it at least a week ahead and offer an alternate grade or split delivery rather than a missed drop.
No, standard bulk used stock is not heat-treated. For export volume we hold a separate heat-treated used range with ISPM15 stamps, priced separately.
