Grade B Used Wooden Pallets

Grade B is where most sensible warehouse pallet budgets land. Cosmetic wear, maybe a replaced deck board or block, but full structural strength and the same UK load ratings as new stock. Priced 40 to 50 percent below new. Dispatched next day from our Widnes reconditioning line across the UK.

What Grade B Pallets Actually Look Like

A Grade B pallet is fully serviceable but has visible history. One or two deck boards may have been replaced, blocks may show minor splits within tolerance, and the overall finish is darker and more weathered than Grade A. Every pallet is still inspected end to end: no broken stringers, no missing components, no nail protrusions.

Load ratings are the same 1000 to 1500 kg dynamic the UK standard carries across all grades. The difference is in presentation, not in performance. See our pallet grades guide for a line-by-line comparison, and how much weight a pallet can hold for load engineering detail.

Who Buys Grade B

Grade B is the sweet spot for internal warehouse use, third-party logistics yards, storage racking, and any application where the pallet is not the customer's first impression of your brand. Manufacturers running a closed-loop depot-to-depot circuit get the best value here: the cosmetic hit is irrelevant and the cost saving compounds across hundreds or thousands of pallets a year.

We hold Grade B stock in four-figure volumes through the Widnes yard. Weekly scheduled drops keep your warehouse at a target stocking level without monthly purchase orders. Bulk pricing kicks in from around 100 pallets and drops again at 250 and 1000 breaks.
